The Ice Cream Co. provides inclusive, hands-on workforce training for individuals with barriers to employment, particularly individuals with disabilities and special needs. The program serves adults who are unemployed or underemployed and seek to build job skills, independence, and confidence while working toward meaningful and sustainable employment.
